"From Chaotic to Calm": Managing the Front Office Introducing directors and administrative support personnel to new technology tools, effective methods while serving families and students from the front office. Upon completion of this training, participants should be able to define customer service, use effective record keeping methods, identify strategies for implementing effective communications in a child care center, most importantly have time for things they WANT to do! ​
